Professional Hair Brand Ambassador


Responsibilities

  • To manage and develop a group of clients in a given geographical area for a given portfolio products
  • Identify the business potential of existing clients and build loyalty
  • Achieve sales targets, qualitative and quantitative objectives given by area sales manager
  • Identify and convert future clients in the given area
  • Help clients to develop their own business (sell-through, technical help, merchandising)
  • Organize route plan and manage data and administration
Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • Good negotiation skills, sales techniques and interpersonal skills
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
  • Knowledge of hair & salon products, market and competition

Senior Public Relations Executive (Contract)

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement PR strategies and plans in line with business objectives
  • Plan and organize local events to promote corporate brand
  • Organize media events, conferences and promotions
  • Manage, media and publications clipping library
  • Research and write press/publication releases and features
  • Responsible for media relations, media reports monitoring and branding  activities

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in related studies
  • Min 5 years of experience from PR agency and publications
  • Freelance PR is also acceptable
  • Good communication skills
  • Good spoken Chinese, Malay and English
  • Able to work under pressure and work fast

Salary: RM 4500 – RM 6000


Temporary Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sales representative questions, concerns and product/service questions.
  • Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager
  • Assist Sales Manager by completing all assigned duties  .

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM
  • Willing to work under temporary basis.
  • Preferably with 6 months of work experience in the relevant field.
  • Good command of the English, and Malay languages, both written and spoken.

Temporary Male Admin Clerk

Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative support 
  • Perform daily clerical duties such as answering and screening telephone calls; taking messages; sorting and  distributing incoming mail and faxes; copying and collating; and other routine duties necessary

  • Willing to work under temporary basis.
  • Preferably with 6 months of work experience in the relevant field.

Demand Planning Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the team with data entry (if necessary)
  • To assist the team in data preparation for all demand planning report
  • To prepare forecast templates and other relevant data for further analysis.
  • To assist total supply chain with reporting if necessary
  • To coordinate with commercial/marketing team on relevant forecast data follow up
  • Prepare template for forecast submission on a monthly basis 




Requirements

  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel
  • Sensitive to numbers
  • Good initiative and able to work independently

Temporary Personal Assistance Cum Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Make travelling arrangement such as booking of flights, accommodation and transports.
  • Maintaining files and records, coordinating activities, and writing meeting minutes.
  • Handle in-coming and outgoing phone calls, emails, memos, and letters.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM.

  • Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Recruitment Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives;
  • Meeting with line managers to discuss hiring needs.
  • Execute recruiting plans to brand and promote Company as employer of choice through different channels.
  • Identify effective recruitment channels to post openings, and reach out to active and passive talents.
  • Screen resumes and candidates to match position requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and/or co-ordinate interview appointments for interviewers on a timely basis.
  • Perform reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
  • Recommend and implement improvement in work processes and procedures within area of responsibility. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned.

  • Must have Excellent Communication Skills.
